We are looking for our next leader! We have a refined, farm-to-table, ocean-to-table concept and hold a passion for PNW food! Do you have a refined style and deep roots in the Pacific Northwest? This position will require living and working in Pacific City, OR.
Dining Room Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a GM or Dining Room Manager for a boutique, fine dining restaurant
- Experience with booking and executing small groups and events
- Experience with boutique hotels highly preferred
- Experience with Forbes standards or Relais and Chateaux standards highly preferred
- Strong desire to live and work in Pacific City, OR
Dining Room Manager Responsibilities:
- Create memorable, high-end experiences for all guests!
- Create budgets and forecasts that are accurate, ambitious, and attainable
- Manage the Dining Room team with ownership and integrity
- Work with the Chef de Cuisine on menu offerings and seasonal specials
- Book small group events and ensure proper execution
- Other duties as assigned
