Job Description
Seeking an Dining Room Manager to coordinate and oversee operations of the restaurant.
This includes direct management of dining room service and restaurant staff.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading our team and fostering our culture.
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure successful dining room service.
• Direct communication with GM and management team.
• Physical maintenance of dining room and facilities.
• CMS Level 1 or Equivalent is a big plus but not required
• Use clear and effective social and verbal communication, attention to detail, and impeccable leadership skills are a must.
These responsibilities will be carried out in sync with the vision and values of the restaurants.
Must be authorized to work in the USA
This position reports directly to the General Manager.

We are part of Bacchus Management Group, a boutique San Francisco-based hospitality and lifestyle business that owns and oversees a number of the most awarded restaurants in Northern California, including Spruce in San Francisco, Selby's in Atherton and The Village Pub in Woodside; The Village Bakery & Café in Woodside; and Pizza Antica locations in San Jose and Lafayette. In addition to our restaurants, we operate an artisanal wholesale coffee roasting company, RoastCo. ASugustine's is the newest restaurant of the Bacchus Family.
