A company is looking for a Director CMC Statistics.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and technical leadership in advanced statistical modeling for CMC developmentLead the development and application of statistical models to optimize manufacturing processes and support regulatory submissionsChampion the integration of Bayesian methods to enhance data utilization and improve decision-making across the CMC lifecycleRequired QualificationsDoctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant biopharmaceutical industry experienceAt least 4 years of experience managing people or leading teams and projectsDegree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative fieldDeep expertise in kinetic modeling, Bayesian methods, and advanced statistical modeling techniquesProficiency with statistical software and modeling tools
