A company is looking for a Director of Fraud Strategy & Analytics to lead the design and execution of its credit card fraud defense strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Fraud P&L and develop a comprehensive fraud strategy to minimize financial losses while enhancing customer experienceLead and mentor a team of fraud analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and proactive risk mitigationArchitect fraud defenses across the customer lifecycle, optimizing strategies for various fraud types in response to evolving threatsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in a highly analytical risk or credit management role3+ years of people management experience, leading and coaching analytical teamsExperience in fraud strategy and analytics within credit cards, payments, or consumer financial servicesBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative fieldDeep subject matter expertise in fraud types such as Application & Identity Fraud, Account Takeover, Payment Fraud, or Transaction Fraud
