Job Description
*TekSystems is currently hiring for a Medical Director! *
*This position requires: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) preferred, or a Master's degree from a college or university accredited by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP)*

*At least 8 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience, including demonstrated success managing complex clinical programs and leading diverse teams*

*Strong expertise in:*
*o*
*Healthcare operations, budgeting, and Joint Commission standards*
*o*
*Federal and state pharmacy laws and regulatory compliance*
*o*
*Therapeutic pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and drug information systems*
*o*
*Inventory and controlled substance management*

*Current Maryland pharmacist license (in good standing)*
***
*Active membership in the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and its affiliated state chapter*
*Job Type & Location*
This is a Permanent position based out of Annapolis, MD.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $200000.00 - $230000.00/yr.
