Locations: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) whose mission is to enhance the fiscal and financial stability, accountability and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia is in search of a Director of Marketing & Communications. This position is in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Lottery and Gaming (OLG), Marketing and Product Innovation Division. The incumbent oversees the creation, development and implementation and marketing of the OLG's gaming product portfolio from conceptualization to actual deployment; develops working papers, revenue projections, and contractual obligations to vendors and coordinates and monitors vendors contracts. Directs and oversees marketing, advertising, research, and promotions and events for the OLG.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serving as the project manager on all annual OLG promotions and new product launches
- Developing and negotiating Licensed Property products
- Directing all advertising and marketing campaigns from inception to production
- Managing the aspects of vendor contracting, procurement and administration
- Guiding subordinate managers in strategic planning
- Developing policies and procedures for OLG product promotions and sponsorships
