Wage range: $106,000.00 - $118,000.00 annually

Job Responsibilities:

The Director of Nursing is responsible for the administration of the Nursing Department.  This includes but is not limited to: policy development/implementation (in coordination with Regional Clinical Director), organizational planning, the direction of the nursing care delivery and the development and monitoring of standards of nursing practices.  

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in Wisconsin
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
• Five years of clinical nursing experience related to geriatric nursing
• Must have at least five years management experience
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Working knowledge of Total Quality Improvement processes preferred

Salary/Compensation: $106,000 - $118,000 per year
