Key Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations including product receipt, storage, and distribution
- Develop and enforce safety, sanitation, and product-handling procedures
- Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics
- Manage inventory control, space utilization, and warehouse priorities
- Supervise facility operations, equipment safety, and maintenance
- Hire, train, and lead warehouse and operations staff
- Monitor pest control, temperature, and maintenance logs
- Support budget planning, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct procurement activities in line with program and organizational standards
- Maintain strong relationships with community partners, agencies, and donors
- Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and support new funding opportunities
- Oversee produce program operations, including partner relationships and reporting
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong communication, math, and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Comfortable standing, walking, and driving for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Experience working effectively with diverse teams and partners
