Job Description
One of our clients is a 30-employee global producer and distributor of perishable products. Due to growth and expansion, they company is looking for a senior-level warehouse management type that will function as their Director of Warehouse Operations in the Denver, Colorado area.
The Role:
- Newly created position within a 60-year-old company that is growing and expanding
- Will report directly to the COO
The Responsibilities:
- Will manage seven employees
- Will lead:
- Warehouse
- Production (mixing, blending and packaging)
- WIP
- Material handling
- Inbound/outbound logistics
- Order fulfillment
- Space utilization
- Efficiencies
- Cost control
The Ideal Candidate:
- BS/BA
- 7-10 years in a warehouse management setting
- Must have experience in:
- WIP or material handling
- Shipping and receiving
- Logistics (both domestic and international)
- The ability to ensure a high level of order fulfillment is key
Compensation:
- $100,000 to $115,000
- Profit sharing bonus
- ESOP
