Summary:
Supervises adults with developmental disabilities in a prevocational setting. Is responsible for assignments, record keeping, and ensuring the safety of those assigned to them. Meet required production demands in assigned area and pack products to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
Schedule: 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday (35-45 hour per week)
Pay: $15/hr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train clients in daily work assignments, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
 - Set up workstations, monitor production, and maintain accurate daily records and reports.
 - Provide hands-on instruction and rework support to achieve quality outcomes and client skill development.
 - Participate in client progress evaluations, goal reporting, and task analyses (including MODAPTS).
 - Ensure compliance with DOL, HIPAA, and privacy regulations while handling confidential information.
 - Report equipment issues, assist with inventory, and adapt to changing program needs or extended hours as required.
 
Qualifications: Experience with adults with disabilities, production experience.
