Dishwasher at Innovative Service Providers

Job Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all dishware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role ensures a clean and organized kitchen environment and supports the kitchen staff in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen items.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that all cleaned items are properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and trash bins.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Support kitchen staff as needed during busy hours.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required (on-the-job training provided).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.
