Real Estate Investment Dispositions Representative

We’re a rapidly growing real estate investment company specializing in off-market residential properties. Our team is looking for a Dispositions Representative who knows how to manage relationships, drive urgency, negotiate deals, and keep a sales pipeline moving.
This role is about selling the properties we acquire to our network of cash buyers, landlords, and investors. Think of it as moving inventory—but instead of cars, you’re selling real estate deals with much higher earning potential.
What You'll Do:- Represent our company’s inventory of investment properties to buyers
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors
- Manage follow-up and communication to move deals through the pipeline
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profit
- Close multiple deals each month and help grow the business
- Proven experience in automotive sales or management, outside sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
- High urgency, competitive drive, and self-motivation
- Comfort with CRM systems, sales processes, and metrics
- Base + aggressive commission structure
- Warm leads and property inventory ready to sell
- Daily support, sales coaching, and a winning team culture
- Real career growth in the investment side of real estate
- First-year target income: $100K+ (top reps exceed $150K)
