This role delivers effective operational services in our Distribution Service Center. Performs messenger and mail delivery, supply and archive inventory services, printing services, and other related administrative tasks for the corporate and branch locations of Washington Trust Bank. This position is primarily responsible for daily deliveries to locations throughout the Spokane area, sorting and processing mail, tracking special delivery requests, tasks related to providing printing services for the organization throughout our footprint and demonstrating extraordinary customer service consistent with our culture. These functions require accuracy and detail orientation, time management skills and effective communication skills.
The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM and requires flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
Additionally, there will be occasions when the Distribution Service Representative is required to cover the morning courier shift from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated experience providing professional customer service using tact and diplomacy in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to quickly prioritize work assignments and creatively solve problems to meet the needs of the client.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to lift, carry and push items weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug test.
Pay Range: $20.00 to $25.23
Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
