Position Summary:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company in local neighborhoods. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our services to homeowners, build rapport, and set appointments for free painting estimates. Key Responsibilities:

• Canvas assigned neighborhoods to promote Painter Bros services
• Engage homeowners in professional and friendly conversations about painting needs
• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, door hangers, brochures)
• Collect homeowner information and schedule free painting estimates
• Track and report leads daily to the sales team
• Represent Painter Bros with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality and confidence speaking with new people
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work in outdoor environments
• Must be at least 18 years old
