Drink Runner at Verde NYC

As a Drink Runner at YEEELS Group, you are an essential part of our front-of-house team, ensuring that every drink crafted at the bar reaches guests efficiently, accurately, and with a smile. You support our bartenders and servers, contributing to a seamless and elevated guest experience in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver cocktails, beverages, and orders from the bar to guests efficiently and accurately

• Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area

• Communicate effectively with bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations

• Support the creation of an enjoyable and memorable guest experience

• Follow hygiene, safety, and alcohol service standards at all times

• Assist with restocking, cleaning, and organizing the bar as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, bar, or restaurant environments preferred

• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

• Reliability, discipline, and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service

Compensation:

• $11/hr minimum wage when tipped (tip-based, pooled via a 5-point tip system)

• $16.50/hr minimum wage without tips
