Volt is immediately hiring an experienced Dyno Systems Support Technician to support a key client, located in Milwaukee, WI. In this role you have an opportunity to become part of a prestigious team of professionals.

As a Dyno Systems Support Technician, you will:

  • Conduct engine performance analysis
  • Gather engine performance, engine parameters and emissions data
  • Documenting engine performance data
  • Review statistical trends in data
  • Performing engine simulation and data matching to ensure data quality
  • Apply engine simulation techniques to optimize fuel system air system and other performance related systems
  • Evaluate new engine concepts via simulation or test or both as needed
  • Participate in monthly goals with includes a monthly target for completing test projects along with achieving budget goals
  • Provide engine performance data review of test cells by using calibration engine software

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Research and development experience
  • Be able to use a a soldering iron and assemble wire harnesses from drawings (Preferred)
  • Safety Conscious
  • Instrument Calibration Experience
  • Troubleshooting Electronic Sensor Measurements
  • Basic Computer Skills (Excel, installing software on a Computer)
  • Bonus Skills: Programming ( C, Labview, PLC) and being able to solder iron and wire harness assemblies from drawings.
  • Two Year degree in Electronics or comparable experience.

This is a full-time, contingent opportunity.

Pay Rate: $30.00 – 38 .00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
