Mercy Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our well-established practice at Defiance Clinic in Defiance, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative clinic + hospital-based setting , with the added benefit of seamless connections to larger tertiary centers within Mercy Health s regional network. Practice Highlights Balanced Schedule : Monday Friday, 8-hour clinic days with shared call responsibility (weekend call as assigned). Patient Volume : Average of 20 28 patients per day (adult and geriatric). Procedures Commonly Performed : Tonsillectomy Adenoidectomy Myringotomy Tube Placement Sinus Surgery Thyroidectomy Septoplasty Frenulectomy Tympanoplasty Parotidectomy Clinic Support : Dedicated LPNs and RNs, with access to on-site RT, Radiology, Lab, and Sleep Lab. Ancillary Services : Radiology, PT/OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work, and access to multiple specialty practices including surgery, cardiology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, podiatry, wound care, neurology, oncology, pain management, pulmonary, behavioral health, and more.
