Job Description

The EDI Operations Support Specialist is a dual-focus role is critical for ensuring smooth daily EDI operations and providing essential administrative and IT support for the office. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily flow of all EDI transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Provide training and guidance on our internal EDI and ERP system to users. Provide first-line support for all EDI related issues, collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve problems efficiently. Serve as a key liaison between our employees and our external IT firm, managing ticket escalation and communication. Coordinate IT setup for all new hires and manage the account and system shut-off process for exiting employees with the external IT agency. Cover the reception desk, greet visitors, manage incoming mail, and answer the main office phone. Assist with various office management and administrative tasks. Be prepared to take on various ad-hoc operations and administrative projects as needed. Experience: 2+ years of EDI experience Experience in EDI coordination, analysis, trading partner setup, testing, troubleshooting, and support Knowledge of general IT support Experience with front-office operations helpful Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail in monitoring transactions and managing administrative tasks. Willingness to be cross-trained and adapt to other opportunities and changing priorities within the company. Excellent communication skills #LI-onsite
