Electrical Application Engineer at Kane Partners LLC

We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Application Engineer to support energy projects from concept through commissioning. You’ll play a key role in system design, integration, and troubleshooting — helping deliver reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions. Responsibilities: ● Support all phases of project development with a focus on electrical design, integration, and equipment selection. ● Prepare and review one-line diagrams, control schematics, and P&IDs. ● Collaborate with project teams and clients to assess feasibility and develop system solutions. ● Respond to RFIs and RFPs with accurate, cost-effective technical recommendations. ● Resolve engineering challenges and provide technical support throughout execution. ● Participate in onsite work and occasional field visits (up to 10% travel). Qualifications: ● 1–3 years of experience in electrical or mechanical design, systems engineering, or application engineering. ● Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. ● Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings. ● Strong understanding of electrical and control systems. ● Excellent communication and organizational skills. ● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering preferred. ● Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, or distributed generation systems a plus.
