Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our team for a ground-up new Target Grocery Store project in Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidates will have some experience or training in electrical work and a strong desire to grow in the commercial construction field. This position offers the opportunity to learn from experienced Journeyman and Foremen while contributing to a high-quality, safety-focused project.

Responsibilities

• Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation of lighting, outlets, switches, and wiring systems.
• Help with wire pulling, conduit bending, and cable terminations under supervision.
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Support setup and cleanup of the jobsite daily.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures at all times.
• Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors to support project completion.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of electrical or construction experience (training or trade school preferred).
• Basic understanding of electrical tools and materials.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Must have reliable transportation, basic hand tools, and PPE.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment.
