What You'll Do:

• Design & Innovate: Lead the design and configuration of electrical control systems for dryers and other equipment.

• Collaborate & Create: Partner with engineers to optimize control panels and systems, ensuring top-notch performance.

• Support Customers: Provide technical expertise to help customers achieve their performance goals and enhance their experience.

• Drive Innovation: Research and develop new technologies to enhance product offerings and stay ahead of the curve.

• Solve Problems: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues remotely and on-site, delivering excellent customer service.

What You Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering Technology (or related 2-year technical degree).

• Experience: 2+ years in electrical design, control panels, and power systems. Agricultural experience is a bonus!

• Skills:

  • Solid understanding of electrical controls, sensors, and system design.

  • Proficient in CAD programs, with a strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code.

  • Familiarity with Smart systems, sensor tech, and motor drives.

• Physical Ability: Comfort climbing up to 150ft for troubleshooting on-site.
