Our work consists mostly of large Commercial and Industrial Electrical Installations.

SCOPE OF WORK: Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions
and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and
equipment within the electrical construction industry
RESPONSIBILITIES: Employee is directly responsible for leading and working
along with a crew which consists of journeyman and/or helpers. Employee will
layout the work and make-certain the materials, tools, equipment and information
are on the jobsite in the proper places, ahead of time. Scheduling the crew with
the project manager and/or the superintendent. On smaller projects with only a
designated supervisor, they will assume all the duties of a project supervisor.
Each employee shall be responsible for making sure that all employees follow
company policy and work safely.
1. Plans work and schedules by short interval schedules
2. Completes required paperwork and coding
3. Initiates and monitors safety program
4. Demonstrates efficient knowledge of trade
5. Coordinates with other trades
6. Prepares detail drawings for the job
7. Coordinates the project manager
8. Has direct communication with general contractor
9. Inspection – City
10. Evaluates fellow employees
11. Conduct weekly safety meetings
12. Possess skills of lower E-rating employees (E-7, E-6, E-5, E-4, E-3, E-
2 and E-1)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
 LICENSE - Current Drivers Licenses and have your own transportation
(most jobsites are not serviced by public transportation)
Electrical – Current Journeyman or Master
 EDUCATION - High School Graduate, holder of a G.E.D. or equivalent
training or Journeyman’s License
 EXPERIENCE – Must have 6 years of previous electrical experience
(commercial/industrial)
 CERTIFICATION – Completion of OSHA 10 hour course, current
certification in CPR and First Aid, no more than 3 moving violations and/or
a DWI within the last 3 years

H&A requires you have a valid Driver’s License, HS diploma or GED or Journeyman's License. Applicants must pass a Hair Analysis 90 day Drug Screen & submit to a background check. You must also have reliable transportation.
