Quality “Plus” Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews and manage electrical work on industrial and commercial projects in the Pasadena, TX area. This is an opportunity to join a proven team with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise electricians and helpers on active job sites
- Interpret and implement electrical blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Schedule work, assign tasks, and ensure timely project completion
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment
- Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and QPS safety standards
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and mentor team members
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)
- 5+ years of electrical experience, 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
