Are you a seasoned electrical foreman with a passion for leading teams and a strong background in Commercial projects? We’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our growing team and take charge of field operations on critical projects.
About the Role:
We’re seeking an Electrical Foreman with at least 5 years of experience managing crews of 5–10 electricians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a crew of 5–10 workers on-site
- Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and specifications
- Manage project timelines, safety protocols, and daily reporting
- Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrical foreman
- Proven leadership and crew management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Valid J-Card (MD, DC or VA)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
