Electrical Foreman at Southern Electric

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Job description: Southern Electric, a well-established commercial electrical contractor based in Alpharetta, GA, is hiring Electrical Foremen to lead field operations on commercial and multifamily projects across metro Atlanta. All work is local (within a 50-mile radius), so you’ll be home every night. If you have experience supervising crews, managing electrical scopes of work, and are looking to grow into larger-scale leadership roles, this is an excellent opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily field operations and lead crews of apprentices and technicians
• Coordinate with PMs and General Contractors to meet schedules and safety standards
• Manage materials, manpower, and project progress
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and company procedures
  

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, including 2+ years in field supervision
• Experience with commercial or multifamily projects ($500K–$2M typical size)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen
• OSHA 30 preferred (company will sponsor if needed).
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $30–$40/hr
• Annual bonus based on performance
• $500/month vehicle allowance + company gas card

• PTO: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 5 years

Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift
