Crew Size: 5–20 electricians per project (overall team ~60)
Pay: $40–$50/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead teams on hospital renovation projects in the DFW area. This role requires a licensed Texas electrician with experience managing crews, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality electrical work in healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead electrical crews (5–20 electricians per project) on hospital renovation projects.
• Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to plan work effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and hospital regulations.
• Manage labor, equipment, and material allocation for assigned projects.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance on-site.
• Monitor project progress and report status to management.

Qualifications:

• Licensed electrician in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 5 years of foreman or leadership experience in commercial or healthcare electrical projects.
• Proven experience managing medium-sized crews (5–20 electricians per project).
• Strong knowledge of hospital electrical systems, codes, and safety requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced renovation environments.
