Electrical Foreman at Walker Engineering, Inc.

What You'll Do:

• Lead crews in the installation, alteration, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure material, tools, and manpower are ready on-site.
• Direct, supervise, and assist your team with installations, including feeders, pumps, motors, generators, lighting fixtures, and more.
• Oversee safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of your team and the project.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reports, timesheets, and safety documentation.

What You Need:

• At least 6 years of commercial electrical experience.
• A current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active TDLR Journeyman or Master Electrical license.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and excellent leadership skills.
• The ability to visualize and solve complex problems on-site.
• Willingness to work in various environments and adapt to client-specific requirements.
