Responsibilities

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our electrical crew as a helper/leadman assistant. No prior experience is needed—we’ll train you! A license is not required to start, and if hired, we will help you apply for an apprentice license.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in house rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire

  • Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches

  • Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew

  • Clean and maintain the work area and equipment

  • Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and division manager

  • Communicate progress, issues, and creative solutions to management

  • Follow company safety rules and promptly correct or report hazards

  • Take direction effectively and communicate clearly with team members


Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills
  • Preferred: Electrical experience and knowledge of the current National Electric Code

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints (preferred)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus

Starting Pay: $12–$14 per hour
