Are you ready to start a career in the electrical industry? Premier Electrical Staffing is looking for motivated and reliable individuals interested in becoming Electrical Helpers/Spotters for commercial contractors in the Denver area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with general work experience—whether from construction, labor, customer service, or any other field—who wants to learn the electrical trade and grow into a long-term skilled profession.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist electricians with daily tasks on active commercial job sites and pre fab shops
  • Support conduit installation, material handling, and wire pulling
  • Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Spot for equipment operators and ensure job site safety protocols are followed
  • Load, organize, and move materials and tools as directed
  • Learn hands-on from experienced tradespeople to build your electrical knowledge

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • Punctual and dependable — shows up ready to work every day
  • Good communication skills and teamwork mentality
  • Basic hand tool knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Ability to follow directions and work safely on active job sites
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred (But Not Required):

  • Prior experience in construction, labor, or related work environment
  • OSHA 10 certification (Premier can help you obtain this)
  • Interest in pursuing an electrical apprenticeship
