Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Electrical Helpers to join our team for a ground-up new Target Grocery Store project in Fort Myers, FL. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in commercial electrical work while supporting Journeyman and Apprentices on-site. The position offers consistent work, training opportunities, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with material handling, setup, and installation tasks.
• Pull wire, run conduit, and help with lighting and device installation under supervision.
• Keep tools, materials, and the work area organized and clean.
• Load and unload materials, prepare jobsite for daily activities, and assist with cleanup.
• Operate power tools and lifts as directed (training provided).
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support project completion.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of construction or electrical experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Must have reliable transportation, PPE, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the electrical trade.
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
