Position Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Lead with 2–3 years of experience in commercial electrical work to join our growing team. This hands-on role supports the Electrical Foreman by leading job site activities, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the on-site technical expert for commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Assist the Foreman in planning daily tasks and coordinating with other trades.
- Lead and mentor apprentices and junior electricians to build a strong, capable crew.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high productivity.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure job readiness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in commercial electrical work.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation details: 23-27 Hourly Wage
