TRC Talent is looking for an Electrical Liaison for our client in Marietta, GA!
Job Summary: The Electrical Liaison, as part of the Electrical Engineering Department, serves as the bridge between electrical engineering, project management, sales, ETC, and procurement. This role ensures project specifications are met, applicable codes and standards are followed, and deliverables reflect a high level of professional competence and quality. The Liaison will support multiple projects, provide technical expertise, and assist with documentation during both pre-sales and execution phases.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Location: Marietta, GA
- Pay: Based on experience (competitive with industry standards)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in technical discussions regarding electrical designs, schematics, drawing packages, safety systems, and NFPA requirements.
- Select appropriate protection techniques for Hazardous and General areas per NEC standards.
- Review customer specifications and determine best course of action or standard product applicability.
- Interpret P&IDs, customer datasheets, and sales documentation.
- Provide technical support and clarification throughout project execution.
- Research supplier products and develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) for quotation support.
- Communicate client interface and networking requirements to the Electrical Engineering team.
- Meet with clients to present solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure design solutions are accurate, timely, and within budget.
- Support sales team with pre-sales technical concepts.
- Attend and participate in project meetings.
Skills:
Job Requirements- Strong knowledge of control and electrical systems in industrial automation
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving complex design challenges
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Proactive, motivated, and resourceful
- 10+ years in the industrial automation industry, or burner management/combustion control design
- Strong electrical design experience with industrial control systems including conduit systems, NEMA ratings and ingress protection
- Ability to sit for extended periods, operate a keyboard/mouse, and walk down equipment at customer sites (climbing, scaling ladders, navigating uneven surfaces).
