What you’ll tackle- Own the upkeep of company electrical equipment: perform needs analysis, define purchasing specs, install, remove, repair, and conduct periodic maintenance.
 - Service plant electrical systems, including lighting, motors, and heating equipment systems.
 - Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments.
 - Isolate defects in wiring, switches, motors, and other equipment using industry-standard diagnostic tools.
 - Install and maintain motors, welding equipment, lighting fixtures, generators, circuit breakers, and transformers.
 - Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures into position; complete circuits per diagrams; monitor performance for hazards, adjustments, or replacement needs.
 - Inspect and test electrical lighting, signal, communication, and power circuits.
 - Champion safety procedures and ensure all work conforms to local building and safety codes.
 
You’re punctual, willing to work overtime when necessary, follow supervisory direction and standard procedures, collaborate well, work safely, align to corporate policies and goals, accept feedback, set goals, and show initiative and commitment.
What you bring- High School Diploma or GED and an Electrical Certification.
 - 2 years of electrical experience.
 - Hands-on experience with diagnostic equipment and with bending and rounding metal.
 - Forklift Certification preferred.
