Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all electrical work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes, as well as safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients and management.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and optimizing costs.
  • Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical projects, preferably in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes, including NEC compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Certifications such as PMP or similar are advantageous.
