Job Title: Electrical Service Foreman
Location: Mt. Airy, MD (Projects primarily in VA and DC)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start time and reporting location vary by project)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Foreman to oversee commercial electrical service projects, managing small crews of 1–3 electricians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in field supervision, and hands-on commercial electrical expertise to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate small commercial service projects and crews (1–3 team members).
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial electrical systems.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew members.
• Manage scheduling, materials, and equipment for assigned projects.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while representing the company.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman’s License preferred (not required).
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Foreman in the commercial electrical trade.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage small crews and oversee multiple aspects of a service project.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license required.
