Job Description:

As a Service Technician, you will repair and overhaul helium leak detectors and related equipment. You will also maintain leak detectors for our rental fleet, onsite calibration lab, and assembly team. Our technicians are also the go-to team for providing technical support and education to our customers.

Desired Skills:

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical instrumentation and equipment a plus.
• Knowledge of the methods, materials, and tools used in the construction and repair of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Experience using electronic testing equipment and interpreting electronic schematics. and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, electro-mechanical components.
• Highly motivated, self-starter, capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.
• Well organized and able to multitask.
• Have good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Knowledge of vacuum and leak testing technology is desirable, but not required.

Education/Experience:

• Post-high school or technical certification in electronics technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field.

Job Details:

• Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 an hour depending on experience
• Shift: Monday through Friday 40-hour work week, some start and stop times flexibility. As well as the ability to participate in our 9/80 work schedule which gives you every other Friday off.
