Job Title: Electrical Service Technician
Location: Based out of Mt. Airy, MD – Projects primarily in VA and DC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (start time and location may vary depending on project)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our team. This role involves working on commercial electrical projects, completing service calls, and managing small project work. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of trade experience, be able to troubleshoot effectively, and deliver high-quality electrical service with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service calls, repairs, and installations on commercial electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently and safely.
• Lead and mentor a helper when assigned.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
• Provide clear communication with project managers and clients regarding work progress.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an Apprenticeship Program or Journeyman’s License preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of electrical trade experience.
• Commercial electrical experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $32–$38, based on experience.
