Must Haves:

• High school diploma.
• Proven success in overseeing large electrical installations in the industrial or large-scale commercial space.
• Journeyman Electrician certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Pluses:

• Experience managing infrastructure projects.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiarity with construction-specific project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and troubleshoot issues quickly in a construction environment.

Day to Day:

A large international client is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent with industrial knowledge to oversee complex infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and water/wastewater treatment plants. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, staffing, and quality control while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Candidates should have 8+ years of construction experience, including 2+ years in management, a Journeyman Electrician certification, and the ability to travel extensively. The superintendent will need to be onsite in Riviera Beach, FL or Pojoaque, NM for several ongoing and upcoming projects. The role is an ongoing contract throughout the coming year. The pay rate ranges from $40-$50 hour based on skillset and experience.
