Retention Bonuses:

  • $300 bonus after 90 days
  • $1,000 bonus at 9 months

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical installations and panel customization tasks.
  • Adopt safe practices when operating tools and handling equipment.
  • Expertly read and utilize electrical testing tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Specialize in 480VAC 3PH circuits and the use of ABB Robots.
  • Deliver preventive electrical maintenance for all machinery.
  • Ensure all safety apparatus meets government mandates.
  • Promote a safe work environment by following all prescribed protocols.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines formed by our SAFE culture.

Required Qualifications

A desirable candidate will have 3 to 5 years of expertise in industrial electrical roles, supported by educational credentials.

  • Completion of secondary education or GED equivalent.
  • Attendance of vocational training or trade school is beneficial.
  • Industrial experience is highly advantageous.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance.
  • Proficient communication skills and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Familiarity with safety and electrical codes on various governance levels.
  • Competence in handling 480VAC three-phase motors and electrical controls.
