Preferred Qualifications & Traits

• Reliable, respectful, and able to work independently
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Safe and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Comfortable working at heights and on platforms (ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, roofs, etc.)
• Able to work in confined spaces (switchgear rooms, crawl spaces, utility tunnels, attics, etc.)

Career Level & Experience

• GED or equivalent required
• Prior experience in building trades is a plus, but not required
