Crown’s established Electrical Division is expanding across Florida — and Tampa is next. We’re building a strong local team and looking for skilled leaders and dependable crew members who value safety, steady work, and growth opportunities.

Electrical Foreman

• Lead and manage a 2–6 person crew.

• Plan daily tasks, materials, and inspections.

• Read and interpret plans/prints; lay out rough-in/trim; ensure NEC/code compliance.

• Coordinate with GCs and other trades; keep projects on schedule and ready for inspections.

• Provide daily closeout updates, photos, and brief documentation.

General Electrical Crew (Electricians/Apprentices/Helpers)

• Install conduit, panels, pulls/terminations, devices, and lighting.

• Assist with rough-in, trim, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain a clean, safe worksite and follow Foreman direction.

Foreman:

• Journeyman license/certification (or equivalent experience).

• Strong NEC/code knowledge and proven crew leadership.

Crew:

• 1+ year field experience (apprenticeship or vocational training a plus).

• Ability to read basic schematics/prints and safely use trade tools.

All Candidates:

• Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; climb ladders; work at heights and in confined spaces.

• Work outdoors in all weather with PPE and fall protection.

• Dependable attendance; drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
