Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians for projects located in the Delano, MN area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $55/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Assist with hanging and wiring light fixtures
• Drill holes and assist in conduit installation
• Work with EMT or RGS pipe under supervision
• Support light underground work (indoor, minimal labor)
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety protocols and take direction from site leads or journeymen
• Hanging and wiring light fixtures
• Light indoor underground electrical work (trenching or slab work is minimal)

Responsibilities

• Minimum 1–2 years of commercial electrical experience preferred
• Enrolled apprentice with the state of Minnesota (preferred or required based on licensing laws)
• Must bring basic hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, boots, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Minnesota)
• Strong commercial electrical experience
• Ability to read and follow electrical diagrams and blueprints
