About the Role:
Join our skilled team at YES Contractors as an Electrician, where your expertise will power the projects that bring our clients visions to life. In this role, you will handle electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial projects in Wall, NJ, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and project specifications.
• Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, defects, and compliance issues
• Ensure all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to complete projects on time.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment.
• Train and guide apprentices or junior electricians as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a licensed electrician in residential or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with NEC codes and local safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid electricians license required.
• High school diploma required; additional technical certifications are a plus.
