Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 1–3 years of experience in the electrical field. Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve them with minimal assistance. Must be able to assist with or complete residential service upgrades and ensure work passes inspection. Willing and able to travel and work out of town when required. Must be able to pass a background check. Professional appearance and good personal hygiene are required. Must maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle. Knowledge of electrical codes and safe work practices. Must demonstrate a positive, cooperative attitude and maintain excellent attendance. All work must be completed in a neat, safe, and workmanlike manner. Must be able to work well with fellow team members, other trades on site, and inspectors. Proper use of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. --- Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to all/extreme weather conditions. Requires extended periods of standing and walking, as well as frequent sitting, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, stooping, and climbing. Must be able to frequently lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
