Electromechanical Assembler
1st shift, $20/hr
Perform electromechanical assembly and pre-assembly of small to medium components, following safety, quality, and time standards.
Wire and connect electrical and electronic components according to specifications.
Test semi-finished and finished products to ensure performance and packaging quality standards are met.
Inspect components for visual and functional quality before and after assembly.
Build and maintain circuit boards, install software programs, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
Perform light soldering tasks as needed.
Design and construct wooden shipping crates to protect products during transit.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations and assembly areas.
Utilize manual, power, and metalworking tools with proficiency; understand both standard and metric hardware sizing.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, prior assembly experience preferred, strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills.
