Our client, a leading Fortune 1,000 Company and manufacturer, is seeking an Electronic Assembler to join their team. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand dexterity, and a collaborative attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
 
Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Location: Montevideo, MN
Pay Range: $17
Shift: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Fridays end at 11 am
 
What’s the Job?
- Preparing wafers, components, or semi-products and monitors
 - Processing components or semi-products according to specification and meeting quality standards
 - Setting up machines and programming, if needed
 - Reporting any machine failures to supervisors or maintenance team
 - Following writing and verbal instructions to complete tasks while obeying rules and EHS regulations.
 
What’s Needed?
- Ability to lift, bend, and twist repetitiously
 - Great hand dexterity to work with small parts
 - Ability to use a microscope for entire shift
 - Ability to work both independently and with a team of co-workers and supervisors
 - Ability to pass pre-employment screenings: drug screen and background
