Work schedule is Monday – Thursday 3pm – 1:30am. Overtime is available.

$16-$16.50/hr starting pay based on experience. Climate controlled environment.

Job Summary:

The Assembler is an entry-level position responsible for assembling components or parts in accordance with standard procedures, drawings, and work instructions. This role requires basic mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or assembly equipment.
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Record production and operational data as required.
Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
0–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
Basic understanding of mechanical assembly tools and techniques.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and diagrams.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or 5S.
