Work schedule is Monday – Thursday 3pm – 1:30am. Overtime is available.
$16-$16.50/hr starting pay based on experience. Climate controlled environment.
Job Summary:
The Assembler is an entry-level position responsible for assembling components or parts in accordance with standard procedures, drawings, and work instructions. This role requires basic mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or assembly equipment.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Record production and operational data as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- 0–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Basic understanding of mechanical assembly tools and techniques.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and diagrams.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or 5S.
