Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: Starting at $40/hour
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our Rockford school community for the upcoming academic year.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
Assess and monitor student progress using data-driven instruction.
Create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.
Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Education or related field.
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement for the position.
Experience working with elementary school students preferred.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
