This role provides care across the ED and an adjacent Urgent Care, with opportunities to manage a high-acuity patient population in a supportive, team-based environment. Key Details: Start Date: January 20, 2026 Ongoing Need Providers Needed: 3 Setting: Critical access hospital with 10 beds; Level IV Trauma Daily Census: 13 inpatient; ED annual volume 13,500; Urgent Care annual volume 14,500 Patient Volume: 1530 per shift Staffing Model: ED staffed by 1 MD/DO and APC; UC staffed by 2 APCs Procedures: Intubations, central lines, chest tubes, FAST exams, lumbar punctures, and other ED procedures EMR: Epic Support: Central phone line for tertiary transfers Requirements: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine Required Active Wisconsin License or IMLC Welcome ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Required Know someone who may be a fit?
