Emergency Department Overview Hospital beds: 160 22 private ED beds 3 dedicated behavioral health crisis intervention rooms Brand new Emergency Psychiatric Assessment, Treatment and Healing (EmPATH) unit Annual ED volume: 35,000 Coverage: 36 hours of EM physician coverage daily (9 and 10-hour shifts) 20 hours of EM APC coverage daily Teaching responsibilities for medical students, PA students, and internal medicine residents Collaborative hospitalist program EMR: Meditech Expanse with Ambient AI scribe and Dragon Griffin ED was awarded Department of the Year for 2025 Qualifications Board certified/board eligible ABEM or AOBEM (within five years of residency) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Collaborative approach with a strong focus on patient-centered care Now accepting full-time nocturnist, part-time, and PRN applications Apply today to learn more!
